Filipino maid get rid of her ARAB employer who reportedly beat and raped her

Translated from Tagalog to English:

“I’m asking for your help.” “The son of my employer sexually abused me. I then told my employer about it.” “The employer asked: “Why didn’t you tell me straight away?”” “I’m so fearful, I was so scared to say anything.” “My employers son told me after he sexually abused me: “You better not tell anyone or I’ll take you out to the desert, where I’ll kill and bury you there.”

“I spoke to my employer this morning and I told them everything that happened. However, my employer’s son told them that I was the one who advanced on him first.” “How is that possible if I was in the family room working and cleaning? And I’m not that dumb to advance on my own employer.” “After I told my employer what happened, they replied: “If you want to go home, you have to wait two months. I’ll buy your plane ticket, but using your own money because you haven’t finished your contract yet.””

“How can I finish my contract if my life is already ruined? What if I’m pregnant?” “They told me: “After one week, I’ll get you checked. If you’re pregnant, I’m going to abort it and send you home.”” “Do I have to wait one week before I can leave this place?” “My employer’s son is a drug addict, that’s why I’m so fearful.” “I don’t want this anymore, I don’t have any money to buy my ticket home.”

“Help me, please. Please, help me get out of here, I’m so scared.” “I have marks from his abuse, a bruise on my thigh after he punched me and a bruise on my shoulder. My whole body hurts.”

5 ways to win Wife

5 ways to win over your wife & make your zindagi gulzar.

Sometimes appreciating your wife through small things goes a long way.
Sometimes appreciating your wife through small things goes a long way.
After a long and tiring day at work, a nagging wife is not a very pleasant surprise to come home to, or worse yet, a wife who chooses to ignore your existence. Sadly, this is the reality of most marriages that we know of.
Once the “honeymoon” novelty is over and the struggles of daily life begin to take over, it can feel as if the marriage has fallen into a rut. Gone is the spark the two felt in those giddy initial days, when one look at your better half gave you butterflies in your stomach. Now everyday life has set in, and the initial romance seems to have gone out the window. Fortunately, there are some very easy ways to get the missing spark back in your married life.
1. Your satisfaction lies within your own home

The easiest solution during the fallout seems to be to give up and start a new beginning elsewhere. But such a solution is only temporary at best and comes with no guarantees. Recognize the fact that the satisfaction you seek is already there in your own home – you just need to work to find it.
2. Tell your wife you love her

Tell, don’t show. Your wife needs to hear those three magic words from you. It’s very easy to think that you show your love for her through everything you do for her, but the truth is that she feels reassured when she hears you say “I love you” from your mouth from time to time.
3. Appreciate what she does for you
Your wife is super-woman! She holds the fort at home when you go out to earn your daily bread. She cooks, cleans, cares for your children, probably your parents, and sometimes even manages her own job along with all this. Surely, she deserves some praise and appreciation for all that she does for you. A burnt roti is not the end of the world, thank her for being the great wife/mother that she is.
4. Surprise her with gifts for no reason at all
We don’t mean that you splurge on an expensive diamond necklace if you can’t afford it, if you can afford it, then by all means. But there are other little things you can get your wife. Don’t wait for her birthday or Valentine’s Day. Surprise her by coming homing with a bouquet or have some delivered to your house while you’re at work. It will be worth it just to see a smile on her face.
5. Offer her a shoulder to cry on
That taunt from your nosy neighbour may seem non-consequential to you, but your wife may have taken it to heart. Hear out your wife, no matter how silly her problems may seem to you. Not only will a vent and a good cry make her feel instantly better, she will also come to consider you as her confidant. Just remember to listen to her without offering any solutions. When a woman mentions her problems to you, she is only looking for a channel to vent. Unless she specifically asks you for help and advice, she is not looking for solutions to her problems, so don’t feel that you are obliged to.

The actor was featured on the cover of Hello!India’s April issue, as he spoke exclusively to the magazine and disclosed quite a few facts about his off-screen life.
According to Fawad, his better half Sadaf understands quite clearly how his on-screen portrayal is nothing but a temporary character whilst their marriage is the real deal. The singer cum actor also said that he knew his wife had been his support since day one, when he wasn’t famous or well known.
Sadaf’s been with me through thick and thin.” he said. “She was there at the first screening ofKhoobsurat and she was laughing along with Sonam and me when we posed for a somewhat steamy shoot. We both understand that how I act on-screen isn’t real while our relationship truly is,”

However, the Khoobsurat star also revealed that there came a point when Sadaf was annoyed at Fawad’s heartthrob image and the attitude of female fans, who thronged the chocolate hero everywhere he went.
“I can’t say Sadaf didn’t get annoyed by the female attention I was getting — anybody would. The invasion of our privacy bothered her because where ever we went, we got surrounded by fans. Eventually, we took it in our stride.”
He went on to state that had he been in his wife’s shoes, Fawad would have reacted very differently from his wife and would have been much more possessive of her. Fawad had also recently objected to doing intimate scenes with Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt for their upcoming movie Kapoor and Sons, starring Siddhart Malhotra as well.
Most recently, Fawad was roped in to star alongside veteran Bollywood actress and former Miss World Priyanka Chopra, in Mr.Chaloo.

We understand that how I act onscreen isn't real while our relationship truly is: Fawad

Recently rumours have been flying about that Fawad has reservations about acting in certain intimate scenes with Alia Bhatt in an upcoming Bollywood flick, in a nod to Pakistan's more conservative norms.
In his Hello! interview Fawad talks about navigating these tricky waters with his wife, Sadaf, and about jealousy that might crop up due to his superstar status.

Fawad talks about how his career exploded post-Humsafar, saying: "I can't say Sadaf didn't get annoyed by the female attention I was getting — anybody would. The invasion of our privacy bothered her because where ever we went, we got surrounded by fans. Eventually, we took it in our stride. We both realised that this was just the inevitable outcome of the career I had chosen but we could not let it affect our marriage. I must admit that had I been in her place, my reaction may have been much more possessive."
"It helps that we have always had a hopelessly romantic relationship," continues Fawad. "I met my wife when I was 16 and we have been together ever since."

I was a rebel without a cause: Fawad

Talking about his path to becoming an icon and veritable heartthrob, Fawad admits that for the longest time he lacked direction and in fact, was more drawn to music than acting.
"I was an angry young man, a rebel without a cause and I channeled my emotions into my music," he says.
Being frontman for the rock band band EP made him feel more empowered: "I felt that I could actually make a difference, set new trends and send out messages that departed from the usual romantic odes."

During this time however, Fawad was also looking for a day job without much success. But soon after, he got a role in Shoaib Mansoor's Khuda Ke Liye, and everything began to change.

I was too plump for the role: Fawad

Of his turn in Khuda Ke Liye, Fawad says, "I recall going in for my audition and seeing Ali Zafar's pictures lying on the table — he was apparently first choice for the role that I was trying out for. The director dismissed me, saying that I was too plump for the role. Over the next few months, I shed a lot of extra pounds and one day, out of the blue, I got a call asking me if i was still interested in acting in the movie.
After Khuda Ke Liye, Humsafar followed, and then Zindagi Gulzar Hai, and soon Bollywood was knocking on his door.

Khoobsurat memories

Khoobsurat was an eye-opener in many ways," Fawad tells Hello! India. "Cinema is a colossal, money churning business in India and working in that environment offered me quite an incredible learning experience.”
He also praised his cast and crew members for being supportive:
“You learn a lot about people when you live together. I was fortunate to work with extremely dedicated, positive group of people. I became friends with Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. Anil Kapoor, a legend in his own right, is one of the most jovial men I have ever met.”

Recounting the filming of Khoobsurat, Fawad shared a memorable incident about his birthday:
“I was unable to go back home on my birthday and the cast and crew arranged a surprise party for me. When I cut the cake at midnight, a voice recording of my wife and son wishing me a happy birthday suddenly began playing. They had gone behind my back and arranged the recording for me. In my room, they placed a hamper of sugar-free treats for me, since I’m diabetic.”

My dance sequence was still scary for me: Fawad

Although we haven’t seen Fawad bust a move in any of the projects he has done so far, we did catch a glimpse in the famous ‘Abhi Tou Party Shuru Hu Hai’. Fawad, who has proven his acting skills time and again had to face some obstacles while doing the film:
The Rajasthani Royal.
The Rajasthani Royal.
"I had to master the correct Hindi pronunciations and Rhea bullied me into doing one thing I am still terrible at — dancing. Women have always been able to bully me and even though my dance sequence was extremely short, it was still scary for me.”
He also revealed that despite appearing several times on different Indian shows like Comedy With Kapil, he still doesn’t know how to react to certain things like ‘Dadi’ trying to plant kisses on his check.
“Sometimes I don’t know how to react. People scare me,” he says.

Fawad’s fandom and future plans

With back-to-back hit projects, Fawad's fans have high hopes for him. The mere mention of his name pulls large crowds. He acknowledges their support and is usually seen thanking them.
"The pressure is always there to do my best. I feel happy that I have an audience that looks forward to my next project. I have to make sure that I deliver," he says.
Whether Fawad will be actually be seen doing 'steamy scenes' or upbeat songs is still unclear, but he wants to explore all horizons in acting whether its a role of a bandit, comedian or even a serial killer — he is up for everything:
"I am open to the idea but more than anything else the script has to appeal to me,” he says.

The movie was previously offered to Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut. Saif walked out of the project due to some disagreements over remuneration and the role was, then, offered to Shahid Kapoor.
Shahid also apparently walked out of the venture citing date issues as he is currently preoccupied with Abhishek Chaubey’s ‘Udta Punjab’ and Vikas Bahl’s ‘Shaandaar’, both co-starring Alia Bhatt.

When Haissam Hussain finished directing Daastan, a Pakistani show about Partition, in 2010, he fell into depression for a while and also gained a lot of weight. While the show catapulted him to success; personally the emotional turmoil and the tragedy of the story weighed him down. “The brutal reality and the protagonist’s agony was so real. I decided not to make a show like that again for a long, long time,” says Hussain, over the phone from Lahore, Pakistan.
After much deliberation, the show went on air on Monday on Zindagi channel in India as Waqt Ne Kiya Kya Haseen Sitam. Adapted from Pakistani author Razia Butt’s novel titled Bano, the show is set in Ludhiana of 1947. It is the love story of Bano and Hassan in the time of Partition. “In 2009, I debuted as a telefilm director with Muthi Bhar Mitti, and I realised that period dramas are my forte, as I am very interested in history. I wanted to showcase haya or modesty in these old-school romances. Razia sahiba’s novel had all these unsaid details and my imagination ran wild,” he says.

Kapoors and Sons, produced by Karan Johar, is a love triangle which also stars Sidharth Malhotra. Reports suggested that Alia and Fawad were expected to shoot a lovemaking scene in the film, but Fawad has not given a nod for any such scene. He has requested the makers to tone down the scenes between him and Alia.

I did not let anyone know how I was feeling in the car, but I broke down inside".[12]
Interestingly, he admits to have a very bad sweet tooth and credits his wife for successfully managing his diabetes. He wears a small device on his arm all the time which monitors his sugar levels.[13]

Career

Film & television

Khan first appeared on TV in a sitcom called Jutt and Bond back in 2001. His next acting stint came in 2007 with a Pakistani movie Khuda Kay Liye where he portrayed the role of a young Pakistani urban musician named Sarmad.[14] The movie was a huge commercial and critical success however Khan could not continue in cinema owing to the poor infrastructure of Pakistani cinema at that time.[15] Khan spoke about his experience with the movie as "It was a total knee-knocking experience. I was extremely nervous, I had very little can of film to work with. We were using one of those noisy old cameras to film. Every time the camera would start rolling, I’d be thinking, “This is it.”" [16]
He decided to pursue acting career on Television. In 2008, he stepped into full-time drama serials appearing in Anjum Shehzad's travel adventure drama series Satrangi. Later he also appeared in Dil Deke Jayen Ge and Jeevan Ki Rahoon Main.[17]

In 2011, Khan became a household name after playing the role of Asher Hussain, a wealthy man who marries his middle-class cousin, in the critically and commercially successful drama Humsafar.[6] Humsafar received high Television Rating Points and went on to win the Best TV Play (Satellite) award at the 12th Lux Style Awards.[6] Khan was praised for his performance and he won the Best TV Actor (Satellite) award for his portrayal of Asher Hussain in the same ceremony.[6][20][21] After Humsafar, Khan next appeared in the drama Ashkwhich received mixed reviews from audience and critics for it's execution.[22]

Khan's portrayal of protagonist Wali Bakht Khan, a feudal scion, was praised however overall response to the show failed to generate good TV ratings for the show.

Bollywood (2014-present)

Khan promoting 'Khoobsurat' on Red FM 93.5 in August 2014
Khan was supposed to make his Bollywood debut soon after Khuda ke lye was released. But due to unstable political situation between Pakistan and India after Mumbai attacks things could not materialize. "This is certainly not the first Bollywood project that was offered to me, Way back in 2008, I was supposed to fly down to Mumbai to meet several producers and directors, but I wasn’t able to make it. When Khoobsurat came along, there was no way I could say no. I mean, it was the chance to meet and work with a legend such as Anil Kapoor." said Khan in an interview he gave in 2014.[28]
In 2014, Khan made his debut in Bollywood in Shashanka Ghosh's Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor.[29] A remake of Hrishikesh Mukherjee’s 1980 hit of the same name starring Rekha and Rakesh Roshan, the film revolves around Sonam Kapoor's character, Dr. Mili Chakravarty, who is a middle class physiotherapist from Delhi.[30] Khan plays Yuvraj Vikram Singh Rathore, Mili's love interest and the son of her patient; a Royal Indian family.[30] Movie received positive to mediocre reviews, however Khan's performance was praised by the critics and noted as one of the highlights of the film.[31][32] Moreover, the film emerged as a box office success, being declared as a "hit" by various media outlets. The film was particularly well received in the UK, UAE and Pakistan owing to Khan's following in these countries for his previous television work.[33][34]

Music

Initially two separate rock bands, Ahmed Ali Butt's Entity and Khan's Paradigm were both active in the Lahore music scene since 1994 and 2000, respectively.[35][36] During the early 2000s, the two bands collaborated with each other on the title track for Khan's and Butt's popular television sitcom, Jutt and Bond, when the show's director suggested that they do the title song together.[35][36] Led by Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan, the lead guitarist of Paradigm, the two bands collaborated and recorded the title song, Hamein Aazma, which played at the end of the show.[35][37] In early 2002, advertisements for Pepsi's Battle of the Bands began to air on television, calling upon entries from aspiring Pakistani bands. Since independent compilations and releases on record were lacking on both sides of the band, they decided to send in "Hamein Aazma" as a collaborative effort, under the name of Entity Paradigm.[35] It was during this time that Entity Paradigm (EP) officially came into existence, with Fawad Khan as the band's lead vocals.[35][38]
Entity Paradigm's debut album, Irtiqa, released in October 2003 and received wide critical appreciation, especially the popular romantic track Rahguzar.[6][35] On 9 January 2007, the band disbanded due to various band members pursuing different projects.[35] The band briefly reunited in 2010 to perform Bolo Bolo in the third season of the popular TV music show Coke Studio. In the same year, the band also released their patriotic single Shor Macha, written by Khan, Ahmed and Salman, and recorded at The Albert Studios.[39]
Khan is no longer associated with the band. He quit when his acting career took the front seat in 2012. The band members announced his quit on official Facebook page of EP quoting As we all know that Fawad A Khan is extremely busy with his acting career therefore he has requested pardon from EP, Coincidently Waqar Khan has moved to Islamabad thus cannot continue with EP. Due to their current situations both are unable to give the time and effort that EP requires. We respect and understand their circumstances & wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. We all have been together since 1999 and over the years have become a family. They both will always be missed but will always be with us in spirit. We thank them both for offering EP their support for future. [40]

Writing

Khan is known for regularly improvising the scenes in his TV shows. He has expressed his interest in going behind the camera for writing and direction in future. To fulfill his desire, he co-wrote the screenplay of his Telefilm Armaan (2013 film) with Vasay Chaudhry and director of the movie Anjum Shahzad.[41] Screenplay of the telefilm received positive reviews. He also wrote the lyrics for few songs such as Rahguzar during his association with Entity Paradigm.

Production

Khan co-produced his telefilm Armaan along with 7th Sky Entertainment.

Reception

Khan is frequently hailed as the quintessential romantic face of Pakistani TV industry in the media. He is often credited with re-introducing the subtle romance to Pakistani television screens with his shows. According to Firstpost His old-world mannerisms, rugged looks and the way he slips Urdu into his English all come together to make Khan seem distinct in a very charming way from the big, flashy world of Bollywood.[16] He has been particularly applauded for possessing the art of speaking with eyes both in Pakistani and Indian media. Maliha Rahman of DAWN wrote Fawad Khan has eyes that can go from guarded to piercing in the blink of a moment. He just as easily switches from rock star to romantic hero to anti-hero.[42] Commenting on the acting prowess of Khan, the editor of Filmfare mentioned There is a thehraav in the way he handles his scenes. He knows the art of speaking with his eyes. His silences speak volumes. No other actor (and I'm talking purely in terms of acting here) made me come out in goosebumps as he does. [43]
Khan's show Zindagi Gulzar Hai received unprecedented success in India for a television show in such short span. Khan was praised for his natural performance and good looks. His popularity created a mass swooning and collective hysteria amongst female audience. A term "Fawad Fever" started circulating on social media; denoting his popularity.[44]An Indian daily reported "Fawad Afzal Khan became a massive hit among girls since the first look hit the telly world. His charisma completely wooed the audience and they looked forward to the show" [45]
After the release of his debut Bollywood movie Khoobsurat, he sparked the leading Bollywood writers and magazines to take notice and applaud his looks and acting skills. He prompted Shobhaa De to take notice and declare him, in a column, to be "the yummiest, most sinful treat in town".[46] Another review on Miss Malini's noted On the verge of sounding like Glenn Close from Fatal Attraction, I really think Fawad Khan was the breakout performer in this movie. He looks princely, acts princely, his face is princely, his beard is princely, and his biceps are totally king material. All hail Fawad Khan!.[47] Koel Purie praised Khan's screen presence and wrote Fawad shows you how a real man does it. It being everything. His quiet screen presence makes you fuzzy and tingly and you really believe any minute he's going to jump out of the screen grab you, kiss you right on the mouth and whisk you away into his palace. His silky dialogue delivery transports you to an enchanted bygone era. And when he takes his top off in the dark you want all the Khans and the Kapoors to stop waxing or simply keep their shirts on. India, please lets keep him.[48]
Post his Bollywood debut, Khan has frequently been voted into top slots of various fan's choice and editor's choice lists.
